Bee or Wasp?

Our new greenhouse is extremely popular with insects. I'm not sure what entices them in, there's hardly anything growing at present, but it's always full of life. Jamie and I spend a considerable  amount of time trying to remove them rather than find them dead the next day.

I'm hopeless at identifying different bees, but I like that I could actually get such a good macro shot of this one!

I'm sure this bee's legs are actually yellow, rather than having been coloured by pollen. I don't think this is the same variety of bee I recently posted about - this one's eyes look a bit different.
