A Wasp and a Bee

Look at this naughty wasp! Instead of pollinating the runner bean flower it goes in the back of the flower to take the nectar - that's no good to us! I think this is a mason wasp, but don't know the specific variety.
There are a lot of bees around now too. This would appear to be a red-tailed bumblebee Bombus lapidarius.
Bees also steal nectar from the back of flowers and avoid pollinating them but there are so many around there are plenty of flowers being pollinated too.
