Cinnabar Moth larvae
These Cinnabar moth caterpillars are all over site at the moment - their favourite food is groundsel, which just goes to show how many weeds there are on unkempt plots :-(
They are a great looking caterpillar though and I look forward to seeing all the Cinnabar moths which are even more spectacular with their red and black colouring.
These caterpillars aren't hungry for veg and are happy dining on weeds!
