Scarlet Tiger Moth

Such a pretty moth (Callimorpha dominula). It doesn't look very scarlet, but when it opens its wings you can see it's lower wings and they are beautiful!
They are not an enemy to vegetable growers as the caterpillars tend to eat comfrey and nettles.
