Mint Beetle
This colourful little chap (next to the pollen beetle) is a mint beetle (Chrysolina menthastri). They are often found on mint or nettles but clearly not all the time - this one is on our broad beans.
They do nibble leaves but they are not so prolific to have caused us any great problems on our plot - as far as we're aware.
